Treasury BondSpot Poland Committee operates based on:

• Treasury BondSpot Poland Market Rules and
• Commettee Regulations determined by the Participants Council of Treasury Securities Market as referred to in the Rules and Regulations Governing the Activities of the Treasury Securities Dealer.

In case of any breaches of the Market Rules, in particular regarding Participant’s obligations, the Committee may perform all necessary activities in order to settle any matter relating to the breaches or may request the Management Board to conduct necessary introductory procedures

The Committee shall be appointed by the Participants Council of Treasury Securities Market for a one year renewable term and shall be composed of:

• five representatives of the Primary Dealers,
• a representative of the Ministry of Finance,
• a representative of the National Bank of Poland,
• a representative of BondSpot S.A.
