2025-12-16 Harmonization of the rules governing the operation of markets operating within Catalyst.
Please be advised that as part of efforts to standardize the rules governing the operation of markets operating within Catalyst, the BondSpot Management Board has adopted resolutions introducing changes concerning the abolition of fees for terminals on the ASO market, a reduction in the minimum transaction value on the Regulated Market, and the abolition of the minimum transaction fee on the BondSpot Regulated Market.
2025-12-16 Extension of promotion for TBSP participants trading with the Ministry of Finance
We kindly inform that pursuant to article 22.2 of the articles of Association of BondSpot S.A., article 12 point 1.10 of the TBSP Regulations and also section 8 part IV of Annex P of the TBSP Regulations, BondSpot S.A. decided to extend promotional fees on the TBSP market.
