Please be informed that, at the issuer's request of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. to suspend trading in series B bearer bonds, marked with the ISIN code PLKGHM000041, in connection with the intention of their early redemption, a resolution was adopted to suspend trading in these bonds in the alternative trading system on Catalyst from December 11, 2025.
