Please be informed that on 18 November 2025, Treasury BondSpot Poland Market Rules have been changed by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A.

Amendments to the TBSP Rules concern, in particular, the method of calculating interest resulting from the replacement of the WIRON index with the new reference index – POLSTR, as well as the designation of the entities responsible for calculating the interest-related data
The above mentioned changes will come into force as of November 26rd, 2025, subject to the case specified in the attached resolution of BondSpot’s Management Board.
