Please be informed that, at the issuer's request of MBANK S.A. to suspend trading in series MBKO101030 bearer bonds, marked with the ISIN code PLBRE0005201, in connection with the intention of their early redemption, a resolution was adopted to suspend trading in these bonds in the alternative trading system on Catalyst from September 30, 2025.
