In connection with comming into force the Act of 1 March 2018 amending the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 685) implementing, inter alia, MiFID II to the Polish legal order,please be informed that as of 21 April 2018 the Treasury BondSpot Poland market will become a Multilateral Trading Facility within the meaning of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
