Changes in Treasury BondSpot Poland Market Rules
Please be informed that Treasury BondSpot Poland Market Rules have been changed by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A.
The above-mentioned changes will come into force as of October 5rd, 2020, subject to the case specified in the attached resolution of BondSpot’s Management Board.
From the effective date of the amendments to the TBSP Regulations, the clearing (novation) of transactions in treasury bonds executed in the cash market of TBSP will be performed by KDPW_CCP.
The main changes concern:
1) new solutions related to the clearing of transactions - Annex I;
2) updating and detailing the provisions relating to the minimum trading quantity and the trading quantity - Appendix C.
