Please be informed that according to failure to annual report for 2012 the resolution on the suspension from trading bonds series C2 issued by MALBORSKIE ZAKŁADY CHEMICZNE ORGANIKA S.A. and series A issued by NICKEL DEVELOPMENT Sp. z o.o. in the Alternative Trading System organized by BondSpot was taken. Suspension is effective as of 3 July 2013.
